I know Disney and the word budget sound crazy together but as someone who’s been going to Disney world for the last four years it can be done. Let me show you how.

In this picture everything Disney related my daughter is wearing was discounted in some way. Both the Mickey mummy popcorn bucket and the spirit jersey were found at the Disney warehouse located just a few miles from Disney World. If you’ve never been and you have time on your next trip I encourage you to go. This is where you will find a lot of Disney overflow discounted. Sometimes it’s a little and sometimes we’re talking more than 70% off. Whenever I go I try to buy my kids the next size up so they have time to grow into the clothing items.

Contemplate becoming a pass holder. I know it sounds crazy but if you live close by or are Disney-obsessed and return multiple times a year becoming a pass holder is the better of the options. Florida residents can get discounted pass-holder tickets as well. Becoming a pass-holder gets you discounts in the parks, online, and at some of the food locations so you’re going to spend the money anyway why not save where you can?

My last tip would have to be packing your bag for the park. Disney allows outside food and drinks so don’t be afraid to grab a backpack and fill it with snacks, juices, and maybe a few waters for your party to have on hand. This will cut down on the amount of money you spend on park food and drinks. Check out Summer Essentials Every Mom Should Pack for what I typically put in our bag for travel days. Don’t get me wrong we still grab a signature Mickey Pretzel at least once on every visit.
Hopefully these tips help you plan your next trip and save some money. Let me know in the comments if you have any other ideas I should add or how these worked out.
XOXO,

These are such great tips!!
