Hey there, fellow mamas! Ever felt the urge to capture those precious family moments but got overwhelmed by the whole process? Been there, done that! But fear not, I’ve got your back!
So, guess what? We scored a family photoshoot recently, and let me tell you, it was everything! But here’s the kicker: I had to whip up some snazzy outfits real quick ’cause, you know, life moves fast. And guess what? They turned out even better than I imagined! If you’re in the Jacksonville/St. Augustine area, you gotta check out Lacey for all your photo needs. She’s a gem! Book a Session

Now, let me spill the tea on how you can rock your family photoshoot without breaking the bank. Here are my 5 foolproof steps:
1️⃣ Start with a base color, sis. It’s the secret sauce to making everything look cohesive. Trust me, it works wonders!
2️⃣ Time to hit the stores! I scoured the internet for gems from places like Old Navy and Target’s family matching sections. Hello, inspo overload!
3️⃣ Raid your closet, honey! You’d be surprised what treasures you’ll find in there that fit your color scheme. Cha-ching!
4️⃣ Keep it comfy, fam. I know my little munchkins have their preferences, so I made sure everyone was feeling cozy and stylish in their outfits.
5️⃣ Money talks, but it doesn’t have to scream. Set a budget and stick to it, girl! You don’t need to drop major dough to slay those photos.
Since Valentine’s Day and my daughter’s birthday were on the horizon, I went all in on the color pink. Most of our outfits came from Target (thanks, Target Circle!), with a few steals from Walmart and pieces we already had in our closets. Oh, and did I mention those shoes? Total finds from Famous Footwear and Old Navy!

Now, where do I hunt for these fab finds? Old Navy and Target are my go-tos, but don’t sleep on places like Carter’s, H&M, or even the Disney Store if you’re feeling extra magical. Remember, mama, it’s all about exploring your options and taking your time. Don’t fall for that last-minute panic buy trap!
And hey, if scheduling a photographer ain’t your jam, DIY it, girl! I’ve snapped some of our most treasured moments with just a tripod and my trusty camera. Enlist your squad for some extra help, and voilà! Memories made without breaking the bank.

So there you have it, mama! Don’t stress about those family photoshoots. Show your crew some love, make memories, and slay those pics like the boss mama you are! Drop your fave finds in the comments below, and let’s keep this convo going!
